Veranova, a global specialist in the development and manufacturing of APIs with expertise in complex and specialty chemistry, has begun expanding its Devens, Massachusetts facility. The project will add 9,000 square feet, including a new process development laboratory and two cGMP facilities, enhancing the site’s capabilities for developing and producing potent compounds, ADC linker-payloads, and other complex molecules essential to next-generation therapies.
In addition, Veranova will invest in establishing a bioconjugation development and cGMP manufacturing facility at the same location. The combined developments represent a commitment of over $50 million to strengthen U.S.-based manufacturing capacity for ADCs and bioconjugates. The expansion is expected to create up to 70 new jobs.
