Baccinex, a Swiss sterile fill and finish expert, has been acquired by Adragos Pharma, a global pharmaceutical CDMO headquartered in Germany. This move will enhance Ardagos’ sterile manufacturing capabilities and expand its global presence.

Baccinex has over 20 years of experience in sterile fill-finish processes for both liquid and lyophilized vials. Its facility is both EU-GMP and US FDA-certified and specialises in clinical trial supplies and small-to-medium scale commercial production, offering quality and reliability to its pharmaceutical clients. Terms of the contract are as of yet undisclosed.
