Recipharm and Exela, contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs) based in the U.S., have announced a collaboration aimed at enhancing sterile manufacturing capabilities (of over 100 million readily available units) at the Exela facility in Lenoir, North Carolina.

This site is accredited by the FDA and produces sterile injectable pharmaceuticals in both vial and pre-filled syringe (PFS) formats.
